Yamaha Wolverine R SPEC Performance Radiator

 We were able to redesign this radiator to be TWICE the efficiency of the OEM factory radiator. When improving efficiency of cooling products, it is not just about size or thickness, it also includes flow pattern of the coolant. In this design we implemented BOTH. First we made the thickness 2 1/4" (OEM radiator is 7/8" thick) then we triple passed the radiator to keep the engine coolant in the radiator longer to allow the fan time to pull more heat from the fluid inside. Below is an image explaining how this happens. Mounts in the factory location with no modification. Say good-bye to overheating once and for all!

TCP PERFORMANCE Yamaha Wolverine R Spec Performance Mudder Radiator Review

While searching through the same thread I found what this satisfied customer posted as well:


 "These Mudder Radiators really do work well. They keep your rig cool and  wash out easily letting the air flow through freely like it should."


 The thread mentions a Hunterworks Fan kit on their unit, (they are using a 10" SPAL fan / we use a 9" SPAL fan. I also compared the CFM of their fan. It is misquoted at 800 CFM and is actually 675 on the 10". Our 9" is 625 CFM)  if I remember correctly they had purchased the fan kit first and it alone did not do the amount of cooling they needed with the Yamaha OEM Radiator. It is a short read and great testimonial to our product!

Some things you might want to consider 
when thinking about a Radiator Relocation Kit

We receive a lot of phone calls about radiator relocation kits. We are concerned about the liability associated with a relocation kit especially the ones that mount behind your head to the roll cage like the ( CBR Radiator ) unit. Can you imagine driving down a trail at 45+ MPH and have a hose or your radiator spring a leak and that leak just happens to be pointed at you. Now you have coolant at 200 plus degrees spraying at you and or your passenger with16 plus pounds of pressure. How long will it take you to stop, get unbuckled from your seat belt and get clear of the danger?

The radiator relocation kits that mount to your hood like the 
( Wild Boar Radiator Relocation Kit ). Kits like these are not very expensive and there is not as much of a risk of getting burned, but they greatly reduce your visibility by mounting to your hood and sticking up from 6 to 8 inches.
