Yamaha Viking Heavy Duty Triple Pass Radiator

We designed and built this unit to be a drop in replacement without any modification. We have designed this radiator after the one we built for the Rhino because of the great performance and response of that unit. This radiator is built here in THE GREAT OLD USA! All units are TIG welded and pressure tested well beyond factory spec so when you bolt it in you can rest assured you have a radiator guaranteed not to leak and built to stay that way. Another reason we built this radiator was due to the fact that flow pattern of the original is very inefficient (SEE ILLUSTRATIONS BELOW). We use our triple pass flow configuration to harvest every bit of cooling from the core. This radiator WILL COOL in the most harsh environments. Triple Pass Flow Pattern

This is an illustration showing the flow pattern on our radiator verses the stock radiator and most of the aftermarket radiators on the market today. We have found that by building this design along with a core that is 2 1/4" thick it will more than double your cooling. It is a simple principle that works by keeping the coolant in the radiator longer and forcing it to utilize the complete core's cooling ability. We have had not one complaint about this radiator not doing the job.
