Our Honda Pioneer heavy duty radiator is triple passed and twice as thick as the stock radiator. The fan kit includes a heavy duty SPAL fan, which moves 4x the amount of air as the stock fan. Also included is a fused relay kit to allow the fan to draw power directly from the battery. The relay is controlled with the factory fan wires. All of this is designed to mount in the factory location without any modification. This kit is a tremendous improvement over the OEM radiator and fan.
We build two versions, a MUDDER radiator and a HIGH EFFICIENCY radiator. Both versions come with everything pictured here.
Mudder Radiator:
This design is for those who do a lot of mud, water, tall grass and dirt riding. This core is designed with a lower fin count which makes it much easier to clean out.
High Efficiency Radiator:
If you do mostly sand riding and your radiator doesn't get caked with mud and dirt externally, the high efficiency version, with its higher fin count, is what you need.

Great Product
After I installed the radiator and fan kit in April, 2024, there has been no over heating for my 2016, Honda Pioneer 1000! The temperature gauge stays at 2 bars 90% of the time and occasionally goes to 3 bars. It has never gone above that!
I put it through the paces! Took it to 11,300’ on several occasions near Bridgeport, California. Three of us, plus skies & snowboards and plenty of gear travel up the mountains and two of us slide down while the driver drives down to pick us up. Then we switch off. It’s our private ‘chairlift’ to backcountry exploring. Couldn’t be happier with your product!!
