 Polaris RZR 1000 XP Turbo Radiator & Inner Cooler

This cooling package is similarly designed after the 2016 model which has proven to be a great success in resolving overheating problems. Polaris did make their new design bigger I'll give them that but, the flow pattern of the new product is lacking. If you look at the inlet position on both the radiator and the inner cooler they aren't positioned all the way to the top. This hinders the flow through the upper portions of the coolers (when coolant is being moved it will take the path of least resistance, with gravity playing it's part as well).

We remedied this by Triple Passing in both coolers, if you are not familiar with the term, it means we added a baffle to both tanks forcing the coolant to flow across the top third, drop down to the middle third and flow back across, then drop down and flow across the bottom third. Coolant flows through the core from top to bottom in three passes, allowing the coolant to stay in the radiator and inner cooler longer, enabling the removal of more heat from the coolant. We also moved the inlets to the top of both cooling units to get that coolant to the top where it should be. Polaris did make this and the inner cooler wider, by about 2.25", we followed suit in doing that as well but we took it a step farther by making the radiator 4" taller adding 32% more cooling. 

We completed this package by adding a fan shroud making it possible to reuse the factory SPAL brushless fan. The shroud will cause it to pull the air more efficiently across the total surface of the core. Our cooling package mounts in the factory location with only slight modifications to the hoses (please watch the install video below).
