TCP Terms & Conditions

When You receive your package, inspect it immediately. Note any damage with freight carrier and then call us. Do not wait months to do so!    

  Returns: All returns to TCP must be approved by our sales department with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number). All returns must must come back to us in new uninstalled condition and be in their original packaging, in original packing condition and re-sell able. Items not in original packing or obviously packed poorly will be delt with on an individual basis...but let's face it....we do not deal in used products so how fair is it to return something that has been abused...it's not. Returns not our error will be assessed a minimum of a 25% re-stocking fee and must be returned freight prepaid at the purchasers expense. Returns not authorized will not be issued credit nor will TCP accept the merchandise from the freight carrier. No returns will be accepted after 30 days . It takes 7 to 10 business days for credit to be issued to your card from the day of receipt of returned merchandise or date of cancellation Due to extenuating circumstances credits are taking up to 15 business days.

(ALL Electronic items are not returnable any problems with electronic items will be handled as a warranty situation through TCP or by the original manufacturer)
 
  Canceling Your Order: We will try to cancel any orders as requested. However, once your order is packaged and ready to ship we cannot always catch it. In these cases, you are responsible for original and return shipping costs. If you refuse the package, we will take the original and return shipping out of your refund. Finding and canceling an order takes time so please cancel as early as possible to avoid this. Also, when canceling an order please include your full name. If this is not included we cannot locate the order to cancel.
  Shipping: TCP will ship either FEDEX or USPS Priority whichever mode of transportation TCP deems suitable. Other requests to ship merchandise VIA other carriers made by any buyer may constitute additional shipping charges. We do not use UPS. If you would like it shipped under different terms.....call and speak to a representative. 
(Shipping of any item by USPS that is not in a flat rate box such as P.O. Box or APO will have extra shipping charges).


  Back-orders: At times TCP will incur back-orders due to factory delays, shortages or other unforeseeable conditions. TCP will notify the buyer of such situations VIA E-mail or telephone if number is provided to keep you informed. If a customer requests a split shipment IE "ship what you have now and ship the rest later", additional shipping charges will apply for the later shipment or shipments. As our inventory changes by the hour....call and talk to a representative and order it over the phone. That way you know exactly whats going on.
 
  Damaged Goods: If you receive a package that looks as if it were "run over by a bus" you need to note it with the carrier. All goods leave TCP in perfect condition and the U.S. Department of transportation has rules and regulations specifically designed to insure you as the receiver of products, specific remedies on damaged goods. TCP does not deal in "seconds" or used items. If you even see a "hint" of damage on a package... inspect it and note it to the FEDEX person or the postal carrier.

  Canada or International Shipments: Our website does not calculate shipping into Canada or internationally accurately. You will receive an e-mail or a call on any freight adjustments. Typically we try and send it out US Postal to save expense in shipping charges but some items cannot ship via Priority Mail.  If you would like to choose your shipping method,  state so in the comments section at check out and we will do our best.   With that said...understand that our charges DO NOT include any Customs and CAD fees that are charged at the border.   TCP strives to get the best rates and pass them along to our Canadian Neighbors!
 
  Special or Custom Built Items: Special or Custom Built Items (Custom Built to your specification Items are not returnable or refundable. Because items are built to your specifications we have no way of re-selling them. We require a 50% deposit up front to start build THAT IS NON REFUNDABLE.
 
  Security in Transactions: TCP Uses paypal for our Internet credit card transactions. We have never experienced a fraud nor do we anticipate a problem. We also accept credit cards over the phone and follow all the guidelines and procedures set up with the new credit card security act with handling those transactions so rest assured you will not experience any problems using your credit card with our company. 
 
  Disputed Charge Error: For some reason people forget who they buy products from. I know our name is different TCP so If you forget that you bought a product from us or do not remember doing so, and then dispute the purchase it costs TCP $35.00 from the credit card company. When we reaffirm that you did in fact buy from us you will be responsible for the $35.00 charge and it will be billed to your card, so please remember your purchases!!! If you are not sure ,just give us a call and we will check our database and gladly take care of your problem or concerns. AGAIN a DISPUTED CHARGE can be COSTLY TO YOU!!!
 
  Finishes: We use on most of or products have what is called a mill finish that is PVC coated on one side which is removed when we start the building process. We do our best to provide you with a product when finished is pres-tine on the visible side, the not visible side can and will have scuffs and grinding marks on it, if this is a concern please let us know before the build.
 
   To Upgrade shipping: After you place your order E-mail us @ garth@tcpperformance.com with your request to upgrade shipping as this means that you are willing to accrue the additional cost. Note: This does not mean your order will leave that day but we will try and process your order quickly but orders are processed in the order they are received.
 
  Order placing. Read this...its good stuff! It's what you call...the "Small Print".
 
 On-line orders are processed (charged) as soon as you hit enter! Even if your order ends up having a few back-ordered items!

If you place your order on-line and the billing information does not match, (for example...) the funds may have been authorized by your bank and put on hold until the information gets updated. Even though the funds have not been transferred, the bank has put them on hold in anticipation of the sale being finalized and it can take a few days for the bank to release those funds. We cannot do anything to release these funds any quicker as they were never released to us.
 
  TCP Reserves the right to cancel any order. This does not happen very often, we process orders daily. Every order is important to us and we will strive to process and ship your order within a few business day's (closed Saturday & Sunday). We understand if you need to cancel your order and we will do so.
 
 Special exceptions would be if an item was being "drop-shipped" (which does not happen very often) to you from a vendor. For example the ball is in motion and you call a few days later and say please cancel...well...that is hard to do at that point. We will try...but if the vendor has already shipped it then you have to accept responsibility for calling so late. Ship it back to us and we will usually throw it in stock but if it is a special order item understand that we either have to ship it back to the vendor and pay shipping and restocking...or let it gather dust in the warehouse. We look at each return with consideration toward you!

  Inventory status:     We also serve local consumers. Combining this with web sales means that our inventory is constantly rotating. If you are in desperate need of an item It is strongly encouraged that you call and place your order over the phone with one of the sales personnel. That way your order is literally walked through at that time. Web orders are filled in the order they are down loaded. We are closed Saturday and Sunday so those orders are downloaded and printed on Monday.

  Us and our products.

  TCP works directly with the manufactures represented on our web site and only buys NEW product . We in no way shape or form would ever consider buying a used or second item. Full manufactures finish and product warranties apply on all our products! for warranty situations we will obtain the appropriate Return Authorization Information and forward that on to you to aid you in any warranty issues.

  Warranty:

  The warranty on all of our cooling products (radiators, inner coolers, oil coolers)  is one year from the purchase date. All warranties are considered  on an individual and will only be considered after item is shipped back for inspection at buyers expense. If we determine that problem is due to manufacturer defect we will either repair or replace the item at our discretion.

         

We will respect your privacy: No personal information leaves our facility! In fact we don't retain any credit card info. If you e-mail that you want something added to your order...we have to call you and get your card information.
