Polaris Turbo Radiator & Inner Cooler
This cooling package is similarly designed after the 2016 model which has proven to be a great success in resolving overheating problems. Polaris did make their new design bigger I'll give them that but, the flow pattern of the new product is lacking. If you look at the inlet position on both the radiator and the inner cooler they aren't positioned all the way to the top. This hinders the flow through the upper portions of the coolers (when coolant is being moved it will take the path of least resistance, with gravity playing it's part as well).
We remedied this by Triple Passing in both coolers, if you are not familiar with the term, it means we added a baffle to both tanks forcing the coolant to flow across the top third, drop down to the middle third and flow back across, then drop down and flow across the bottom third. Coolant flows through the core from top to bottom in three passes, allowing the coolant to stay in the radiator and inner cooler longer, enabling the removal of more heat from the coolant. We also moved the inlets to the top of both cooling units to get that coolant to the top where it should be. Polaris did make this and the inner cooler wider, by about 2.25", we followed suit in doing that as well but we took it a step farther by making the radiator 4" taller adding 32% more cooling.
We completed this package by adding a fan shroud making it possible to reuse the factory SPAL brushless fan. The shroud will cause it to pull the air more efficiently across the total surface of the core. Our cooling package mounts in the factory location with only slight modifications to the hoses (please watch the install video below).

The paragraph below was written a few years ago when we introduced our 2016 Polaris RZR Cooling Kit. Let me tell you, this kit has been extremely successful and wildly popular! It has done everything we thought it would!
"We are introducing a cooling package consisting of a radiator that has been triple passed and is 30% larger in capacity, a water to air turbo inner cooler that is 40% larger in capacity and a 16" SPAL fan rated at 750 more CFM with a more efficient designed shroud . We have just finished up testing and have found it to be a huge improvement over the stock unit, with 15 - 25 degree coolant temperature drops. It will mount in the stock location as direct fit with no modification. You're kit will come to you with everything needed to change it over. This is a direct replacement for your existing OEM fan and will increase the CFM from 1300 CFM to 1710 CFM. We use a 13" SPAL fan along with an aluminum fan shroud which will increase the airflow across the whole core.

We built this unit to exceed what our competitors are doing and it does in many ways! This is a direct OEM fit with minimal modification and no extra parts for you to buy. The kit comes with everything you need. This is a triple pass unit, theirs is a dual pass. Our unit has a remote fill built in for easy filling, theirs doesn't. Our radiator is built with a 2 1/4" core theirs is a 1 5/8" core. We offer ours in a Mudder version (less fins per inch to stay cleaner and clean out easier), they don't. All of our radiators come with a drain cock for easy draining, theirs don't. We have an install video explaining all the improvements we have done also making the install a snap. THEY DON'T!

This is our heavy duty Triple Pass unit for the RZR 900 years 2011-2014. We built this unit for those of you who need extra cooling so you're not stuck sitting around waiting for your rig to cool down. The original OEM radiator is a single pass, 1" thick core with an 1100 CFM Spal fan. Our design is a triple pass 2 1/4" thick core with a 1700 CFM Spal Fan, making this unit over 100% thicker and over 50% more air flow across the radiator core. Also, by going from the single pass to the triple pass design you gain another 25 - 30% in cooling efficiency. This unit is a direct replacement as you will see in the install video below.
