Heavy Duty Triple Pass Radiator

We have designed this aluminum radiator for the Kawasaki Teryx in the same fashion as our other cooling products for extra cooling, long life and durability. This is our triple pass radiator design, we have found this to be the best way to maximize the efficiency of the cooling surface of the whole aluminum radiator core. We have relied on SPAL electric fans with there overall great dependability to preform above and beyond in the most extreme conditions. In this application we have chosen the SPAL #2061, rated @ 740 CFM. It has a straight blade verses the skewed or s blade giving it the ability to deal with the increased static resistance of the 50% thicker core. Just like with all of our aluminum radiators the components are mfg. here in the great USA, 95% being done in house. This radiator is designed for the 3/4" hose size, if you have done the upgrade to 1" please call us and we can build one special to accommodate that upgrade. This radiator is also equipped with the sender fitting, but comes with a plug should you not need one. You will see cooling increases of 30% from the thicker core and 20% increases from the triple pass designed radiator. We have relied on SPAL electric fans with there overall great dependability to preform above and beyond in the most extreme conditions. This item is available with or without a replacement fan / shroud we feel that the shroud is an important feature enabling air to be pulled across the entire radiator core. Just like with all of our aluminum radiators the components are mfg. here in the great USA, 95% being done in house. This radiator is built with the 1" outlets just like the factory modification.
