At TCP Performance, we specialize in manufacturing aluminum fan shrouds with electric fans and a temperature controller ready to go mounted all in one unit. Everything you need is mounted neatly on a shroud made from .080 5052 aluminum and custom-manufactured by us to fit your application perfectly. We do our best to provide you with a finished product so you don't have to find parts and pieces to get  your project up and going.

 

Our Mission with Mounting Fans
We feel that by mounting the fans and the rest of the components to a fan shroud serve a 2-fold mission. Firstly, the fan shroud does exactly what it's supposed to by channeling air through the whole radiator core. Secondly, it mounts the fans and other key components all in one place (not to the radiator where it would rub holes in the tubes, as well as your inner fender, cluttering things up). Once it's installed, all you have to do to take out the unit is remove any bolts used to hold it in place and undo 2 quick connectors while the wiring harness stays in the vehicle.

Whatever sort of components or budget you have in mind, we can assemble a system for you. The fan controller we use is made by SPAL™, which is a highly recognized name in the automotive industry. Most of our units with 2 fans cost anywhere from $350 to $500 and come with a 3-year warranty. These fans are a great way to increase horsepower or take advantage of the improved MPG.
